Do you Ship to my Country?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Where are you located?
We are based in Lakewood, California.
When will my order be shipped?
Processing time is between 1-3 days before shipment. Story Sale items may be take up to 4 days due to the number of orders being placed on those days. You will receive an email once your product has been shipped. Please note we ship orders on working days and weekend orders will be packed and dispatched the following Monday.
Orders may take longer during holidays and sales periods.
Shipping times are estimated between 2-7 days depending on your location and shipping method. Please see estimated time frame for your country at checkout.
Do I have to pay any tax on my purchases?
Please note that import duties and VAT charges can apply for deliveries outside of the U.S. and are not included in your order’s total. (There is an ESTIMATED amount calculated at checkout beneath the shipping total). Lessi’s Closet assumes no responsibility for any import duties/customs charges. It is the responsibility of the customer to handle these fees. Please ensure you are aware of the possible charges you may incur before placing your order. We will not reship or refund orders, including shipping fees, in the event that they are returned to us.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to organize their own shipping insurance. We do not cover insurance, duty or taxes in the shipping component that is paid during checkout.
Can I change my order before it is sent?
If we haven't shipped your order yet, then yes we are happy to make changes. Please email us at info@LessisCloset.com with your order number and details of the changes you'd like to make. We will get back to you and let you know if the changes are possible. Unfortunately if your parcel has already been sent we are unable to make any changes.
Can I send an order to an alternative address?
Yes, you are able to fill out any delivery address in the checkout process. We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order. Address Confirmation is given on the review & buy page in the checkout section of the site. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalized, please contact us immediately.

How Do I use a Promo or Discount Code?
It's super easy, just enter the code into the box at checkout displaying "DISCOUNT" & press "APPLY". The code must be entered exactly as its presented to you to work correctly.
These codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promo code or discount. Codes can only be used one at a time per transaction, i.e. if you have a free shipping code and a 10% off code, only one can be used for that transaction.
A product is out of stock, will it be available again?
Chances are if its still showing on our website, we will be able to source more. Please email us or contact us via our contact page if you are interested in a certain product and we can give you an idea if and when it will be restocked.
Do you gift wrap?
If you are purchasing a gift for someone, please leave a message in the comments section so we can include a a card for the recipient.
